I'm gonna be traditional here, and tell you about a miracle exercise that is absolutely free: Running with weights ) Now, running on its own is a joy within itself, but add some weights to your arms, and viola! works your entire legs, butt, stomach, arms. In addition, you can put on some tunes and just keep going and going...

Hi:
My name is Kevin and I'm the editor at AllEllipticals.com. We have researched the subject thoroughly and come up with five of the best elliptical trainers money can buy. Each one fits the “best of” category in a different way, so there will be one that appeals to you. Have a look at Personally, I would go with the Smooth Fitness or Sole brands. Take the time to read the brand reviews and you will most likely come to this conclusion yourself.

I hope this helps. All the best,

Kevin

<a href="http://kansieo.com">Elliptical Machines</a>

I got the ProForm 320 for $330 (tax included) on sale at MC Sports. It's ok so far (2 months of use), but it took 2.5 hours to assemble by myself. The website posted below suggests that you buy a better one. In the ProForm brand, they say go up to Model 330.

The site has reviews for other brands and a each review will tell you if it's good enough to buy. Not a lot of sites will commit to such an answer!
