TRUE Strider elliptical accurate results?
king of questions asked:
Every time I use a TRUE Strider elliptical cross trainer machine at the gym, the machine claims to burn 918 calories in just 30 minutes and walk a distance of 8.5 miles with a maximum heart rate of 39.I am skeptical to accept this because it seems to good to be true. Is it possible the company has rigged these models so that the user thinks they are getting more of a calorie burn than they actually are? experience and insight appreciated. thanks =]
