The Schwinn 430 is equipped with an Eddy Current Braking (ECB) system that ensures a quiet, smooth ride. If you are in need of a quiet elliptical machine, the ECB system helps when your family is sleeping and you decide to try to get an elliptical workout in. There are also back and forward options to switch up your routine to either forward or backward. For most machines in this price range, you usually dont see this feature.

The stride length of the Schwinn 430 is 18 inches, as some people who are higher, may not be comfortable with. In our tests (Im 510?) ) We did not find any problems with using this machine in our gym.

BIOglide The motion technology offers biomechanically designed to move a comfortable placement of the foot-wide elliptical motion. The BIOglide motion made it easy for us during our elliptical exercise.

Assembly Customer Service

We did not have any trouble putting together our Schwinn 430, but people have had problems with a lack M8x25 bolt. A customer got two right legs. So in a very small amount of cases there have been some problems with installation and calls to customer service has solved these problems in most cases. If you have questions and Schwinn customer service can not help you, some customers called Schwinn’s parent company, Nautilus, to solve their problems.
