I bought it at Health Rider on line. If your thinking about buying one get the insurance with it and by the magnetic resistance one. The one with the belt wears down. Just remember if you do not have the insurance........The people you call to come and fix it ....will charge you at least $75 just to walk in your front door. Good luck! best elliptical machines
