is using the cross trainer in the gym an effective way of fat burning and increasing my fitness levels?
I have tried running and step machines and cycling etc, but the cross trainer is the only machine i really enjoy using in the gym. I’m worried that its not actually doing much for me though. What is the best way of burning up calories and getting fitter in the the gym?
Yes it is but remember that at the same time you need the stretching so that your mussels should not get weeken.
Its a good replacement of walk and jogging.
Best of luck
One of the most common injuries in the gym is muscle strain and the best cure is prevention through warming up, warming down, and stretching. Everyone is in a rush to build muscle, but can’t take 10 minutes out of their workout to minimise a risk that could place them out of action for several weeks – if not longer. Like many things, people don’t do things because they don’t understand why they are doing them.
