I’d recommend staying far away from the Proform equipment. Proform is made by a company called Icon Fitness and their reputation is for manufacturing some of the lowest quality equipment on the market. The typical lifespan of a Proform treadmill is around 6 months. They use a lot of plastic which doesn’t hold up to workouts and they put in very small motors in their machines. They gear up the motor (which is the size of a soup can!) to run and very high RPMs. What that does is cause the motor to run hot and break down quicker. Check out the link below for some 2006-2007 best buy awards for treadmills. There are a lot of other decent options even at the lower price you’re looking at.
