If you have low endurance, you should definitely start off slow.  Here&#039;s an idea:

1st week:  Train 3x a week
                   Do sets of 2x10 mins.
                    Do a low speed that you&#039;re comfortable with.
                    For the 2nd set,  raise it a bit.

2nd week: Train 3x a week
                   Do sets of 3x10 mins.
                   Raise the speed slowly by only a few miles/day.

3rd week:  Train 3x a week
                    Do sets of 4x10 mins.
                    Keep the speed or slowly raise it if you can.

4th week:   Train 3x a week
                    Do sets of 3x15mins

You get the idea... 
In the end, you should be able to do a full hour (with and without brakes).
