Elliptical machine exercise?

and can I have some rest during those 3 minutes??
I mean; is it possible to split my exercise into 15 and 15 minutes.??! and How many miles per hour I should put the speed on..!!

If you have low endurance, you should definitely start off slow. Here’s an idea:
1st week: Train 3x a week
Do sets of 2×10 mins.
Do a low speed that you’re comfortable with.
For the 2nd set, raise it a bit.
2nd week: Train 3x a week
Do sets of 3×10 mins.
Raise the speed slowly by only a few miles/day.
3rd week: Train 3x a week
Do sets of 4×10 mins.
Keep the speed or slowly raise it if you can.
4th week: Train 3x a week
Do sets of 3×15mins
You get the idea…
In the end, you should be able to do a full hour (with and without brakes).
