Cross trainer?

I have a cross trainer at home, I’m planning to exercise on it everyday for 30 mins. Will it make my bum,and thighs toner? Can I keep this up until I lose about 20 pounds? And how many months until I lose them? I don’t want an exactly how many months…but a maybe.I want to lose them in about…6 months? Can I keep that up? But I can’t seem to stop eating junk food…Any motivation tips? And when I use the cross trainer…will i get muscles? becuz I don’t want any muscles, I actually want to lose them, then my body fat. I should be patient and wait for results to come right? Please please I need some motivation tips..like really! and I esspecially want to lose weight around the bum and thighs.

    It will work but only if you adjust your diet. You must decide whether or not you want to really lose weight or not. If so then don’t purchase junk food. Period!

    If you just want to go on living an out of shape lifestyle than go ahead and eat whatever you want.

    But you can’t have both. You must decide.
