It is good to do cross training. It gives your legs and body a rest from the pounding of running. I am not sure what type of equipment you are calling your cross trainer. If it is a stationary bike that is good. If it is a type of treadmill then that will work also. You will not get the same benefit from a cross training session as you will from running but since you are only doing it 1 or 2 days per week it is a good recovery day.</description>
