Any exercise that burns efficient calories will do. This can mean machines to sports, as long as you are working it’s all fine. Ellipticals might be better since it has less pressure on your joints than a treadmill.

ellipticals are good because muscle is proven to burn calories even if you are just laying around.. your muscles will destroy fat.. but you have to drink plenty of water and get a great nights rest..=]

Yes, the elliptical is my favorite machine for many reasons. One, it is fairly easy and is a good smooth movement so it doesn’t stress your muscles. Two it works many parts of your body, your obliques, legs, abs, arms if you have that type, and you are able to move in different ways to work various parts of your body. Three, it is low impact and does hurt your joints like running does and it burns off a lot of calories. More than the trendmill for normal people because most people get tired after 2 mins of running and stop, where witht he elliptical you can go for a half an hour or more.

You just have to be physically healthy doing daily workouts. You need to be active for at least 30 mins a day 5 days a week doing certain activities. Just walking is a great work out.

did you exercise before you got pregnant, if so then the elliptical will help with your hips but you want to be careful and not strain because those hip muscles are quite loose right now.
Walking for now is the safest thing for you. Even after the baby is born you’ll lose between 15-20lbs just like that. You know lots of weight goes to the breast, placenta, amniotic fluid, baby etc.
Relax, don’t panic, breast feeding contributes to major weight loss as well.
I would love to talk to you as I’m pregnant as well and due in 4 weeks. How will you be delivering etc.
Exercise and strict dieting can do magic if you are trying to lose weight. I did a lot of cardio just to lose weight.`’;
